about the job
- Preparing a full set of construction accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly management accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate expense tracking, payment processing and payment receipt.
- Ensure a healthy cash flow management.
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker, and company secretary.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Director, you will be working closely with the team of 2. The current accounts are handled by an external accounting team, you will be working closely with them to move the responsibilities back in-house.
skills & experience required
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting. ACCA/CPA is an added advantage.
- Local Malaysian with a minimum of 5 years handling construction accounting.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
