job description

Our client is a foreign commercial bank that is licensed to provide working capital, cash management, trade finance, fixed income, FX trading, and leasing services to corporate clients and financial institutions to MNC clients.

Our client is looking for individual to assume an operation role for 6-months ONLY at their office in Kuala Lumpur. The responsibilities are as below.

  • Assist in capturing of daily GBS exchange rates on ad hoc basis
  • Assist in processing of incoming telexes and ensure timely distribution on ad hoc basis
  • Assist in processing reconciliation of BNM ad hoc basis.
  • Daily check on wash account and clearing GL line
  • Process of new account opening and additional account set-up.
  • Updates authorized signatories and related documents in SVS
  • Process Fixed Deposit
  • Process Lock Box Cheques/Lock Box Report
