about the job
- Manage Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), loan documentation, billings, and associated processes.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards, including credit control, sub-sale matters, refinancing, utilities, vacant possession, and title transfers.
- Establish and maintain an organised filing system and documentation in line with SOP compliance.
- Address promptly and efficiently all inquiries, complaints, and general administrative tasks from purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors.
- Maintain the validity of Developer's License, Advertising Permits, and other necessary permits for marketing and sales activities.

You will be managing a team and reporting directly to the Head of Department
skills and requirements
- Diploma graduate in Business Admin or equivalent
- With 5 years of working experience in sales admin/ credit admin in property development industry
- Result- driven with proven leadership skills
