This is a newly created position for the new business segment.
Reporting to the Director.
You are accountable for setting up the new business segment, in terms strategising channel expansion plan (B2B and B2C), go-to-market plan, sales team structure, sales incentive.
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience within the home appliances space
- Experienced in managing product category, such as water purifier, water dispenser is an added advantage
- Demonstrated capability of leading a team of sales executives and technician
- Commercial-savvy, proactive, strong communication skill
