We are pleased to inform you that our company’s name changed from Agensi Pekerjaan Select Appointments (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd to Agensi Pekerjaan Randstad Sdn. Bhd on 28th October 2009. This is following the global merger of our parent companies, Randstad and Vedior NV in 2008 to create the world’s second largest recruitment & HR services firm.
Pursuant to Section121(1A) of the Malaysian Companies Act 1965, the change of name will not affect the identify of the Company or any rights or obligations of the Company. To this extent, we would like to assure that your rights and our obligations to you in accordance with the existing terms and conditions of our agreement(s), remains the same.
