about the job
Your role will include sourcing and development of promotional products domestically and internationally, meeting and exceeding revenue and contribution targets set. You will progress through a company induction, in parallel to on-the-job training, and be assigned new business assignments, requiring excellent organization and self-motivation to deliver on-time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage total end-to-end premiums/POS/print products requirements, from initial, brief through to quotes, proof approvals, quality standards to successful delivery of all items.
- Maintain day-to-day project planner working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all sign offs and deadlines are met in accordance with the critical path timeline.
- Liaise daily with internal procurement team, external creative agencies and local and global suppliers, ensuring each product is developed to the brief.
- Develop market business plans by researching the customers and trends.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years account management experience.
- Detailed knowledge of the promotions and premium industry. Experience working with multi-national/regional companies’ clients on a direct basis.
- Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams.
- Good project management skills; proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Problem solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions.
- Proven track record in managing client premiums/POS/print products experience would be of advantage.
