about the company
This fortune 500 global leader is looking to grow their hold in automation solutions for the general industries segment. They are seeking a seasoned key account sales manager to continue their expansion into the chemicals, mining, wastewater and FMCG industries.

about the role
This role will demand an equal measure of strategic and hands-on responsibilities, with the objective to dramatically increase sales growth and market share of PLC type products for the general industries segment.

This includes:

  • Developing, driving and implement customer retention and service
  • Understand what drives the market, and the underlying market trend
  • Execute vertical sales strategies to grow sales
  • Forecast long-term strategies to grow key account business
  • Collaborate with different functional and country teams
  • Provide key account management and support to assigned key clients
  • Generate new high level leads and prospects to grow customer development
  • Maintain excellent customer service

skills and experience

  • Any Degree applicable to the Industrial Automation industry
  • At least 10 years of sales experience within the automation industry
  • Strong product knowledge in DCS, SCADA and PLC type solutions for the following industries:
    • Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Mining and Wastewater, etc.
