• Compile and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key metrics to support business decisions.
• Ensure that all financial records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with accounting principles.
Accounting Operations
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and adjustments.
Compliance and Controls
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Budgeting and Forecasting Support
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing necessary financial data and analysis.
• Track and report on budget performance, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
Administrative and Support Tasks
• Maintain and organize financial documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
