Randstad is partnering with a reputable group, specialised in importing and distributing of high quality fertilisers. In light of an expansion to their finance team, the team is looking to hire a Accounts and Admin Manager to join them in their office in Selangor.

- To head the Finance & Administration Department, ensure proper system of internal control and costing and timely preparation of financial reports and costing reports for Management decision.
- To prepare and submit the Companies’ accounting returns timely for consolidation.
- To oversee/ coordinate/ prepare whole set of annual tax information for tax agent’s tax computation preparation
purpose. - To manage human resource and administration functions of the Companies.
- To manage taxation matters of the Companies.
- To prepare and submit timely budgets of the Companies for consolidation.
- To ensure proper functioning of system of internal control and to oversee the accounting, reporting, finance, budgeting, audit and tax functions of the Companies.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
requirements
- Bachelor degree qualification in Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Knowledge in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards, Group Consolidation, Taxation and Budgeting.
- External Audit experience is an added advantage.
