Job Summary:
As an Account / Senior Account Executive in our manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and reporting processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Records Management: Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor management. Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and traceability of financial transactions.
Tax Compliance: Assist in tax compliance by preparing and submitting relevant tax returns and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Budget Management: Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop and monitor the company's budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
