A well- established interior design company in Malaysia is looking for a career minded accounts executive to be part of their team. Main responsibilities of the Accounts Executive role
- Prepare and monitor monthly GL balances and schedules report.
- Analyse monthly GL Balances movement and SLA action items report and to follow up & follow through with the GL owners for long aged balances clearance.
- Identify and submit AP & GL transactions via EDS.
- Prepare and finalize payment listing for fund allocation.
- Manage accounts payable balances (trade, non-trade, interco).
- Perform interco reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of reconciliation variances.
- Prepare monthly intercompany payable schedule by aging and ensure clearing of long aged balances.
Key requirements
- Dipoma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Abilitity to converse in another dialect is highly preferred
- Able to work independently and have a good eye for detail
- 1 year of working experience is highly encouraged to apply
