about the company

One of the leading players in the regional accounting outsourcing services for the APAC region, this organizations is currently expanding their offerings and hence seeking to hire multiple Accounting professionals. The office is located within walking distance to the LRT station.

about the job

The incumbent will be reporting to the Accounting Manager, serving the APAC region, with main responsibilities outlined below:

  • Responsible for the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of accounting services in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs.
    • Journal entries including accruals, prepayments, provisions, fixed assets, intercompany etc
    • Balance sheet Reconciliations preparation and analysis
    • Involved in closing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness
    • Preparation of internal and external reporting and responding to relevant queries
  • Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain and administer accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
  • Responsible for payroll accounting processing in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly contribution calculation, tax submission etc)
  • Ensure payments are processed in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements
  • Support the assigned project where necessary.
  • Maintain and ensure process workflow/documentation are up to date to the current processes.


skills & experience required

  • Accounting degree/qualifications is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Regional APAC/ASEAN accounting support experience within outsourcing organizations is an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Meticulous and organized individuals with strong initiatives
