about the role

With their growing operations, they are currently looking for an Admin & HR Manager to lead, direct and manage the Admin and HR department. You will be responsible for involvement in the HR day-to-day operations and activities which include but are not limited to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, training and development, personnel affairs; as well as managing administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to be a HR Subject Matter Expert.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of Administration and Human Resources experience gained with well-structured organization, with at least 3 years at managerial level. You will have advanced knowledge in HR policies and procedures, with strong understanding of company act and other related laws and regulations. You have excellent analytical and planning skills with good business acumen and a strong sense of business governance. Is that you?
