about the role
They are currently looking for an Admin Manager to support the administrative operations for the company. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- Assist department leaders in administrative work, mainly including secretarial management, administrative support, logistics management, public relations reception, supervision and other work.
- Take the lead in organising weekly meetings, monthly meetings and other internal meeting organisation
- Coordinate internal administration, company asset maintenance, management and efficiency optimization
- Manage the company's logistics related work
- Assist in the collection of internal reports, annual budgets, data, discussions and other information
- Take the lead in guiding and handling foreign affairs-related procedures and matters
- Organise official receptions, foreign visits, business trips, official affairs and other activities
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the Director
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience in similar industries.
In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 8,000 plus performance bonuses. More importantly, it will offer you the opportunity to work in a fast moving and growing organisation.
