about the company

Our client is a mid size construction materials trading company and a property developer with 20 acres of land across Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Kota Bahru. They have pocket-size development planned across the next 12 years with a GDV of 2 billion.

about the job

  • Plan and formulate effective marketing strategies, campaigns and programs for the assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and suppliers on marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market surveys, keep track of marketing trends and propose pricing strategy.
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers on marketing materials and roadshow venue.
  • Monitor and review all marketing campaigns, programs and exhibition.
  • Liaise with authorities and ensure advertising license/permit is active and monitored regularly.
  • Coordinate sales activities with external real estate agents to achieve desired sales target.

about the manager / team

Reporting to the COO, she is a hands on person. She is a friendly/supportive person and she believes in delivering results with minimal supervision.

skills & experience required

  • 12 years working experience in property development industry
  • Degree/Diploma in any related field
