- Oversee the design, validation, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, fixtures, and tools to ensure efficient mass production.
- Lead the development of fabrication, assembly, and testing processes and tools that support high-volume, durable, cost-effective, and quality-focused contract manufacturing.
- Ensure that both component and final product suppliers meet all design, fabrication, assembly, and quality specifications and standards.
- Provide day-to-day leadership in executing hardware quality processes.
- Build and develop a world-class hardware team (operations and product) with deep expertise in end-to-end manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
the experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing engineering or any relevant discipline.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing process role in a medical device or EMS industry.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
