As the ERP Manager, you will need to have
- Those with experience in implementing and supporting any manufacturing ERP systems (those with Oracle NetSuite would be an added advantage but not compulsary)
- Expertise in understanding the business cycle
- Skill in performing requirement study/analysis, preparing functional and technical specifications, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Leadership skills in managing a support team/personnel who troubleshoot issues.
- Attention to detail in ensuring that the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions follow internal standards and procedures, market leaders, best practices, security recommendations, and industry standards.
- Ability to ensure that processes and procedures, notably incident management, configuration/change management, and system development life cycle (SDLC), are implemented in the area of responsibility.
- Commitment to implementing the security guidelines and policies recommended by the IT Security Unit and related results of internal and external audits.
Preferred candidate should have
- Good ERP background (preferably Netsuite)
- Business process understanding in Manufacturing
- Good understanding on ERP technology, and is able to work closely with the other team members
- Experience in managing a team, providing support regionally or globally
