about the job
- To prepare, submit and follow up on WMS, shop drawings and Material submission.
- To coordinate and liaise with consultants and client in solving technical discrepancies and detailing issues of architecture works.
- To evaluate, manage and coordinate design specifications, construction drawings and shop drawings for approval or recommend changes in design.
- To be able to identify trades and able to execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with established building specifications and required quality.
- To monitor and supervise architectural works on site.
- Assist the General Manager and Senior Project Manager throughout the whole project.

These are big companies with teams of good sizes and proper support. You will be General Manager and Senior Project Manage working alongside a strong team of project engineers.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Architectural/Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years site based experience, preferably in construction of high-rise projects.
- Experienced in design and build project.
- Knowledge in BIM.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
