You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Johor
Responsibilities:
- Clearly understand the company’s strategy, cascade it down to the team and assure that the whole team is
executing it. - You will be in charge of the area's P&L, in this sense the Area Sales Manager must have control on his/her monthly achievement.
- Analyse the sales team and area performance, identify the opportunities and develop a plan to capture them.
- Ensure that the Company’s strategies are properly cascaded down to the team through the Sales Team Leaders. It is a key role for the Area Sales Manager to ensure the strategies are properly implemented and executed in the market.
- Liaising and working closely with distributors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and 3-4 years of Sales Manager working experience.
- Added advantage if the candidate has beverage experience
- Able to manage and supervise a team of Sales Team Leaders, Market Developers (MDs) and Distributor Sales Representative
- Good communication and analytical thinking skills
- Computer literate
