Reporting to the National Sales Manager and managing 3 Area Sales Executives. This Area Sales Manager will be covering the Southern Region (Melaka and Johor) for the Modern and General Trade Channels.
Job Description:
- Establish Sales Objective by forecasting and developing annual sales target for territories.
- Ability to coach and motivate sales personnel as he/she is responsible for hiring, selecting and training on sales team.
- Lead and be responsible for a team of sales personnel while supporting them in achieving sales and profit objectives through effective coaching and control.
- Ensure all targets and objective assigned including volume and value sales targets, and distribution objectives are achieved to ensure optimal business efficiency.
- Manage the sales force and monitor their performance providing guidance, assistance, and motivation to increase effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or higher qualifications or other relevant fields
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and has good analytical skills
