This role reports to the National Sales Manager
Responsibilities of the role:
- You will be leading, directing and developing your team in terms of its structure, people and performance to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- You will be contributing to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans
- You will need to capture knowledge on new developments in the market / customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders
- As this role will be liaising with many stakeholders, you will need to negotiate sales with existing and new Modern Trade & General Trade customers who are of strategic importance to the company
Requirements to apply:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, or any other related field
- 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry handling Modern Trade and General Trade channels
- In-depth knowledge of Modern Trade and General Trade channels
- Strong in planning and communication skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
