    This person reports to the Head of Sales

    Responsibilities:

    • You will be given key performance indicators to achieve which will include of sales, volume and distribution
    • You will need to execute distribution and marketing activities for the assigned region
    • In this role, there will be a lot of distributor and wholesaler management hence strong communications skills will be required for this role
    • You will be responsible for training and managing sales personnel
    • You will also need to conduct competitor analysis and reporting to better understand the company's positioning in the market

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 4 years of sales management experience within the FMCG industry
    • Experienced in managing Sabah (Kota Kinabalu)
    • Able to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and travel within the region of Sabah
    • A valid drivers license and vehicle is required for this position
