about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for an Asia C&B Manager to lead and support the HR department in com & ben activities. You will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the compensation and benefit programs in Asia. Ensure these programs support the company's strategic objectives, drive a culture of performance and meet all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on Country compensation and benefit strategies and programs and provide support and leadership for all plants and C&B professionals across Asia; and other duties as assigned.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience with regional support experience in MNC. You have strong data analysis, management & reporting skills You have a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under time constraints. Is that you?
