about the company
Your future employer, is a well known international property management company that handles various projects and services.

about the job

To assist the team and Portfolio manager in managing the asset management activities.
To monitor current investments performance and financial strategies.
To update and execute business plan activities and refinance, investment, asset/portfolio divestments, refurbishment etc.
To update and create financial models.
To prepare material for investor reporting.
To perform any other duties assigned by the management.

about the manager/team
He is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. The team works well and has a good team spirit.

skills & experience required

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Business Studies/Property Management or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience within real estate sector in investment banks, advisory firms, or asset management with strong cash flow modelling skills to build models.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills to build and grow relationships with tenants.
