duties and responsibility:
- Monitor and analyze downtime patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and updating of the master preventive
maintenance program. - To develop an effective and comprehensive master preventive maintenance program for all manufacturing business units and
support machinery/equipment. This is with the aim of achieving minimum downtime and cost-effective operations. - Formulate and conceptualize training programs and coaching sessions to develop/update the mechanical competencies of

Serve as the lead expert and resource in mechanical and maintenance activities/information of the company.skill/experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5-6 Year(s) of working experience in maintenance or plant engineering in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2-3 years experience leading a team of maintenance supervisors/technicians
- ‘Hands-On’ experience in mechanical maintenance and knowledge in TPM and 5S principle
