Our client is seeking an Assistant Area Sales Manager to support their Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring effective management of their sales team in the assigned territory or area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the District Sales Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Support the District Sales Manager in managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to ensure their success in achieving their individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
