    about the company

    Your future employer is a Construction Company that has been involved in multiple projects in the past, and is currently looking for an Assistant Building Manager/Building Manager to manage their office tower.

    about the job

    • Monitor and ensure that the entire building functions properly, following safety and authority requirements
    • Coordinate and lead the building maintenance works as scheduled
    • Handle complaints and requests from tenants with adequate solutions
    • Coordinate with 3rd party service providers for security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, IT equipment and software
    • Liaise and coordinate with multiple departments for examples, marketing, leasing , renovation, audit and ISO, etc.
    • Be involved in preparation of budget and cost management
    • Conduct and coordinate maintenance of building structure and equipment (lifts, genset, plumbing and water supply, telecommunications equipment, CCTV, Astro, fittings and furniture) with technicians and 3rd party suppliers
    • To prepare weekly activity reports and follow up on status of maintenance works

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Engineering or equivalent
    • At least 5-10 years in managing office/commercial building
    • Ambitious and aggressive character
    • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
