about our client

Our client is a Malaysia-based investment holding company (Public listed) based in Seremban. Established in the 1990s, this client’s principal business activities are mainly in Property Development and Construction

about the role

As this role is based with a Public Listed company, you would be managing partial corporate secretarial, governance, and sustainability functions of the Group and ensuring completion and deliverables. In order to be suitable for this role, you would need to have come either from a construction or property-based industry and had experience working with Public listed companies before this. This role will be a part of the dynamic team, in which you would be reporting directly to the HOD of the Company secretary. This is a very exciting role to be a part of.

your responsibilities entail of

  • Preparing disclosure reporting and submissions on corporate proposals, compliances issues with authorities e.g. SSM, SC, Bursa Malaysia
  • Monitoring and checking annual reports preparation and other corporate documents
  • Managing, monitor, and coordinate share management functions perform share analysis, detecting any irregularities.
  • Monitoring and upkeep directors & major shareholders' interests in accordance with regulations e.g. RRPT, RPT. Prepare RRPT circulars and disclosure requirements.
  • Assisting in stakeholder engagement, coordinate data collections, and tabulation, evaluation, record-keeping on sustainability matters
  • Coordinating, attend board and board committee meetings, facilitate board communication, board papers, and ensuring sufficient timely information and circulation
  • Managing interaction and engagement with shareholders especially general Meetings and inquiries
