about the job
- Responsible for cost analysis and control, monthly claim preparation and evaluation, upkeep of
document flow for on-going project. - Responsible for tender calling, tender evaluation, tender evaluation and analysis and assist in
tender report during tendering process. - Responsible cost estimation, costing and procurement for future development.
- Responsible for contract administration in accordance to the COC.
- Independent on resolving contractual issues like handling contractual letters, EOTs, etc.
- Able to do hands on matters such as measurement / taking off during pre, post and final
contract stages. - Able to maintain proper and systematic documentation filing system for outgoing and incoming
contract correspondences. - Attend any meeting as and when required.
- Review and prepare final account for recommendations to immediate report.
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Experience in construction projects is a must.
- Minimum 6 years experience in the relevant field.
