    Reporting to: Facility Head
    Team Size: 10
    Regions covered: Indonesia
    Excellent remuneration package

    about the job
    • Implement corrective actions towards equipment breakdown to minimise loss in production time.
    • Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance schedule to prevent equipment breakdown time.
    • Plan and execute the allocation of resources e.g., manpower, spares, cranes, contractor to achieve the specified timelines.
    • Perform Root Cause Analysis to determine the source of the breakdown.
    • Identify, implement and monitor the implementation of corrective action to avoid a repetition of the breakdown.
    • Inspect all visual parts of equipment in accordance with the Mechanical Check List to identify any abnormalities for further corrective action.

    skill and experience required

    • Candidate must possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • At least five (5) years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment or any other related field with proven track record.
    • Strong technical knowledge, leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Matured, analytical, self-starter and independent.
