    Team Size: 10
    Regions covered: Malaysia

    about the job

    • Leads team in the development of new products. solutions and processes. Oversees project logistics and resource
      allocation.
    • Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product design and to reduce waste
    • Secures the resources needed for teams to excel including researching and proposing capital investments.
    • Help to create and oversee project budget and engages in cost management strategies.
    • Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders including investors and potential customers.

    skill and experience required

    • Degree preferably in Mechanics or equivalent
    • 5 to 10 years working experience as Project Manager
    • Profound knowledge of mechanical manufacturing process, such as milling, turning, grinding, polishing, etc
    • Experience in sheet metal and system integration from assembly industry
