Our client has been established more than 20 years in the market providing consultancy services to corporate clients. Currently, they are seeking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, this person will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities :- Maintain a full spectrum accounts for all companies, undertaking daily operations such as transaction recording, payment, collection, settlement, issue resolution, fixed asset registration & reconciliation- Consolidate & prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliation & any other financial reports, ensuring timely submission & compliance with relevant governing rules, standards & requirement- To be responsible for the payroll of all staff, which include EPF, SOCSO and all other benefits that attracts monetary value. This would include any form of payment to staff, suppliers or vendors- Establishing & updating policies, procedures & operating manuals, ensuring continuous improvement in work efficiencies & process- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, insurance, banks and other statutory bodies/ authorities on internal and external audit matters, and all statutory financial matters and tax requirements compliances for the Group- Review tax computation and ensure appropriate provision, estimates and tax submission- Review and interpret monthly financial results, analyse variances and advise on financial implications of business decisions- Assist in financial planning, preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts and cash flows for the Group- Any other finance related matter where applicable. ...
