Job description:

Prepare full sets of accounts for any entities assigned by the management & its related entities in accordance to relevant accounting standards, policies & appropriate requirements
Prepare & post journal entries accurately - ensure all accounting entries are correctly recorded into the system
Work with operation & front of house team to get accurate financial data for processing
Suggest improvements to operation team to increase efficiency of tasks, work flows etc
Perform all accounts reconciliation, schedule on timely basis
Perform account receivables and accounts payable transactions, including monthly billings and statement run/distribution, payments follow up
Submit monthly financial reports on schedule time and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial report
Prepare tax returns information including GST and corporate tax returns
To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries
Liaise with auditors, company secretary and tax agents to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements
Other accounting tasks assigned by HOD from time to time
In charge for monthly/bi-weekly payroll matters for 2 foreign entities
Provide headcount analysis & other payroll related analysis with financials, in excel/format & suitable for management review

Job requirements:

ACCA/CPA/MIA
Min 5 years of working experience in accounting and finance, audit background will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
Able to communicate with all departments as well as external parties
SAP B1 knowledge will be an added advantage
