about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR Director. You will be responsible for contributing and delivery of HR initiatives and services to employees across APAC to ensure a seamless employee experience, for eg. manage and resolve people issues by engaging relevant stakeholders, manage and facilitate employee onboarding/ offboarding process, maintenance of employee data in HRIS system etc; as well as other ad-hoc functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to be a HR Subject Matter Expert.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You are able to read and converse in Mandarin to handle China payroll and benefits administration. You are meticulous, able to work independently with a high level of commitment and resilience. Is that you?
