    about the role

    They are currently looking for an Assistant HR Project Manager to be responsible for all regional projects implementation in the regional hub and continuously drive the country's HR system enhancement and process optimization/automation. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

    • Coordinate Digital HR projects rollout in collaboration with IT, Procurement & HR country teams.
    • Coordinate payroll & time & attendance projects within the region end to end
    • Coordinate country HR processes optimization/automation projects;
    • Coordinate process harmonisation across multiple countries in the region
    • Be a consulting point in the region for all HR system and process-related issues

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Workforce Experience Manager, you will be supporting HR projects in the regions.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You are tech savvy, experienced with HR reporting and data analytics. You have the ability to generate a sense of urgency with an understanding of when to escalate issues. Is that you?

    In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 10,000 plus attractive bonuses.
