Work location: Kepong
You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will be responsible to sell and market the company's products and ingredients in the area as assigned and to ensure that collection is done within approved credit terms, manage and grow the accounts assigned in accordance to the company's objectives.
Job Description:
- Accountable for delivering against planned sales revenue and profit targets by focusing on the Territory Customer's KPI's and sales drivers.
- Manage the Territory Customers top accounts together with Sales Director. Continuously look for innovative opportunities to develop top customers.
- Continuously monitor performance against sales targets to identify deviations from plan and if necessary to take timely corrective actions in order to ensure the realisation of agreed sales objectives.
- Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
Job Requirements:
- Min STPM/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min 2 years experience in related field (FMCG especially Retails and Food Services).
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Experience in growing business, managing responsibility, including budgets, expenses or pricing.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialect.
