- Guide a Key Account Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy channel clients, ensuring their needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
- Analyze market trends, manage budgets effectively, and monitor monthly sales performance to optimize results.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop targeted promotional strategies and ensure optimal product positioning.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of fmcg sales or key account management experience.
- Experience managing chain pharmacies such as Watsons/Guardian/Big Caring Group.
- Strong communicator and team player.
