They are renowned and financially strong, they gained a good reputation on their completed projects and have many ongoing and upcoming projects secured. Currently, they are looking for Project Engineers to be placed in Klang Valley to provide support on their construction projects.
about the job
... - Compile technical submissions for tendering purposes.
- Develop construction methodologies, method statements, and logistics plans.
- Assist the project execution team with technical aspects during project implementation.
- Provide progress reports to the Senior Manager on daily assigned tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks in accordance with project specifications and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments for tender submissions.
- Coordinate technically with consultants and other contractors.
about the team
As the construction industry is warming up again, our clients are looking to add to their team to feed the needs of their new projects. These are big companies with teams of good sizes and proper support. You will be reporting to the Project Manager working alongside a strong team of project engineers.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry
- Previous experience working in engineering consultancy is advantageous.
- Computer literature with knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with AUTOCAD and similar computer aided design tools
- Committed and passion for working in construction and engineering field
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Pleasant personality with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
