In this key critical role, you will define and formulate the marketing strategy in ensuring profitability and aligned with total company growth objectives and strategic roadmap.

key responsibilities

Develop the overall digital marketing strategy, assist in digital marketing campaigns
To create dynamic written, graphic, and video content that portrays the desired message and image that appeals to the end customers and meets set objectives
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
Assist in managing & Optimize content for the website and social networking channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, etc
Be able to assist our customers and respond to customer requests and comments on Facebook, Website and other Social Media channels.
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets,

Skills & experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or any others related field
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital/performance marketing,
Knowledge of web analytic tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and understanding of SEO and SEM and community management
Strong understanding on online sales funnel from leads to conversion in ecommerce
Strong business acumen, self-starter, driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
