    Randstad is collaborating with a leading FinTech in the ASEAN region, our client has an outstanding potential market and growth developments in Malaysia. With a strong focus in e-payment services, we are looking for Assistant Manager Human Resources to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.


    about the job

    You will primarily be handling the full spectrum of human resource functions.
    Your responsibilities are not limited to:-

    • Execute the skills mapping based on market requirements and business needs
    • Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing
    • Assist in the application and renewal process for expatriate VISAs
    • Organize company events such as company trips, team building sessions, etc
    • Manage all Covid-19 related issues and ensuring office is in compliance with SOP
    • Liaise with regulatory/statutory bodies (e.g KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, Immigration etc)


    about the manager/team

    You will report directly to the HR Manager who is an entrepreneurial individual, extremely helpful in providing guidance with strong passion for people. You will receive exposure to drive HR initiatives and work with various stakeholders.


    skills & experience required

    The successful candidate will be rewarded with a monthly salary up to RM5,000 with variable benefits. You are able to work with one of the fast moving and growing organization.

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
    • At least 5 years of working experience in related field
    • Organized, efficient, able to work independently, and meticulous about details
    • Good writing (procedures/reports) and verbal communication skills
    • Responsible, has a critical thinking skills, and a team player
    • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and related statutory bodies' requirements
