about the job

As the Assistant Manager, you will be working closely with the Manager and your job responsibilities include:

  • manage International Sales Support team with a common direction;
  • order fulfilment monitoring for all markets;
  • forecast Monitoring for all markets;
  • order log in (to key in Sales Order) confirmation and approval;
  • project management for new product, new packaging design, switch over management, promotion planning as a whole;
  • comment and accurate monitoring FG code allocation and BOM creation process;
  • customer account opening / credit application / credit extension;
  • overseeing price control in system for market;
  • payment follow up;
  • oversee early completion of credit note verification and processing;
  • margin update for market – quarterly;
  • coordination of product registration, legalization and other process;
  • product management of OEM items;
  • coordination of global markets budget exercise;
  • from time to time, improve process flow in the department;
  • manage all other activities and functions of International Sales Support Departments; and
  • ensure timely submission of Fund Allocation Report

skills and experience required

  • 5 years of international / export market sales support experience within FMCG industry
  • Multitasking; independent; and must be able to meet deadline given
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Experienced in managing a team of junior executives
