    about the job

    • Lead and manage the overall marketing functions of the mall business
    • Plan, implement and monitor mall events, advertising activities, marketing campaigns, or exhibitions and review effectiveness of events and promotions for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract footfall from overseas
    • Build rapport with business partners like travel agencies, tour guides, accommodations, transportations, etc.
    • Establish KPIs for inbound marketing activities and identify steps for improvement
    • Implement marketing strategies and conduct customer segmentation through understanding the market trends and customers' needs
    • Keep updated with latest inbound marketing trends, digital innovations and communication channels

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in tourism industry specifically in inbound marketing
    • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
    • Ambitious and aggressive characters with extensive technical knowledge and experience
