Randstad is partnering with a US based MNC company that specializes in manufacturing electronic components. The company is going through expansion and looking for Assistant Manager Production Planning as part of their growth strategy.
duties and responsibility:

- analyze, report and coordinate activities to control and improve process cycles time in order to support shortest possible customer lead times.
- conduct meeting with production, engineering and customer service team in regards with shipment schedule,
- prepare production line load based on customer demand, forecast and production capability on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- schedule incoming order based on customer requests and factory capability.
- coordinate activities and provide formal feedback of production, engineering and planning performance as it relates to output and on time delivery
- coordinate all production control activities for process transfers, WIP utilization and engineering development
- address and resolve deviations to plans in very high mixed low volume manufacturing line
skill/experience:
- must possess at least degree or diploma in any engineering studies
- atleast 4-5 years working experince as production planner and ideally leading a team
- experience working in manufacturing company specialize in electronic/semiconductor will be added advantage
- ability to develop a production working relationship will all level, strong leadership skill , expert knowledge of planning system and manufacturing system
