about the job
As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be assisting the Operations Manager in managing the overall daily operations of the plant, covering aspects of production, HR management, warehousing, ERP, and acting as a bridge between commercial and technical team. Key duties may include managing resources, maintenance of equipment, ensuring products produced meets the quality standards and are compliant to regulations and ISO standards, manpower management and development.

about the requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field
• Work experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical or polymer related manufacturing field.
