You will be overseeing the end-to-end process for both Direct & Indirect Procurement, managing 3 executives while reporting to the Senior Manager.
about the job
- Efficiently hold daily meetings and provide suitable directives to ensure the seamless functioning of the department's daily activities.
- Create task plans for each departmental section and lead the operational process towards attaining the department's established objectives.
- Regularly monitor the department's progress in accomplishing its goals and provide relevant guidance starting from the present moment, aiming to ensure the fulfillment of daily, monthly, and yearly objectives.
- Maintain consistent communication with and regularly update superiors about any advancements within the department.
- Generate written reports to detail the department's progress and accomplishments on a monthly basis.
skills/experience
- Possesses at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and food industry will be an added advantage.
- Skilled at data research, identification, and analysis for optimal management of manpower and financial resources.
- Have knowledge regarding the compliance requirements of Halal, Kosher, HACCP and FSSC.
