• Coordinate planning and design, from conceptual design and zoning to construction and completion.
• Review architectural designs to meet market requirements, project specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities to maintain design intent and regulatory compliance.
• Work with internal departments to address contract, material, and specification issues.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Stay updated on architectural trends and incorporate sustainable practices and innovative solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and improve project outcomes.

skills & experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, LAM Part II qualification is a plus point
• Minimum of 2-3 years in the industry with experiences in either high-rise or township developments
• Good command of the following applications: Revit, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Sketchup
