Job Description:

Assist the Retail Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and customer-friendly store environment.
Manage and supervise retail sales staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure that products are properly displayed and promoted.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
