Randstad is partnering with a Belgian based MNC company that specialises in chemical trading, the company is going through a growth stage and looking to expand their sales team. The company is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the company.
duties and responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and resolving issues promptly
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms of sales agreements
- Reporting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to effectively manage materials and/or product sales and cost transparency
- Develop market / customer insight and identify growth opportunities
- Effectively forecast based on customer insights, market insights, and opportunity progression to provide monthly volume guidance
- Manage products and sales of the team in your assigned area / scope
skill/experience
- Bachelor degree or diploma in chemical engineering/chemistry/management or any other related studies
- Successful previous experience at least 3-4 year of experince as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding target.
- Experience carrying product such as chemical/plastics or rubber will be added advantage
- Ensure deadlines are met through excellent time management and allocation of priorities
- Strong drive for results, minimum supervision required
