About the company

We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager specialized in polymer products. Our client is a Belgium based company. They are a global leader of polymer distributor and specialized in supplying engineering plastics, specialty compounds and etc with over 60 years of history around the globe.

• Regions covered : Malaysia

Job Description

• Build and monitor the sales plan in line with organisational KPIs / goals
• Generate and develop sales within Malaysia (Johor) to find new opportunities and achieve sales goals
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and resolving issues promptly
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms of sales agreements
• Reporting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to effectively manage materials and/or product sales and cost transparency

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years in similar industry
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding target
• Ensure deadlines are met through excellent time management and allocation of priorities
• Strong drive for results, minimum supervision required
• Strong industry expertise will be an advantage
• Diploma or Degree qualifications in Business administration or relevant studies
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
