about the company

Our client is a mid-sized property development company with high-rise and landed residential projects across Klang Valley with a combined GDV of up to RM900 million. The company will launch a landed property project in Selangor around Q1, 2021.

about the job

  • Monitor and guide the sales team, ensuring the team adheres to the sales process.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to the team members to close sales.
  • Responsible for team performance, provide feedback for improvement.
  • Contributing ideas to formulate sales strategy and sales planning.
  • Attend to walk-ins and incoming calls from potential or existing purchasers/buyers, conduct a walkthrough with the team.
  • Continuously source for and secure new databases of customers and prospects for all types of products/projects.
  • Compile and update reports and filing related to sales, budgeting, and targets on regular basis.
  • Support sales initiatives, activities, and provide post-mortem reports & assessments, constantly engage with the customers, and offering assistance during the sales/post-sales.
  • Participate in all sales activities, property exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, weekend duties at Sales Gallery, and other ad-hoc/sales-related events.
  • Upkeep cleanliness of the sales gallery and show units.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, he is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. He believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has a good team spirit.

skills & experience required

  • Degree/Diploma in any related field.
  • Local residents with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in residential property sales.
  • Familiar with the Housing Development Act and contents of the standard Sales & Purchase Agreement of both Schedule H and G.
  • Happy to travel and participate frequently in both local & overseas property roadshows.
  • Conversant in English, ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
